Are they agents or landlords? It's difficult to tell, because Spudnic Ltd tread lightly when it comes to an internet imprint. They don't tread so lightly, however, when it comes to harassing tenants. How's this for a list of dirty tricks? Cutting off the power, changing locks, sealing letterboxes, moving in builders, moving out belongings, faking eviction orders... and we're not talking about tenants in arrears, either.
