Why landlords shouldn't fear CGT, it's all about the income

Consulting the Wriglesworth Consultancy, it appears that, with rents climbing fast than the value of rental properties since December, higher yields should provide some consolation to landlords worried by Capital Gains Tax changes. If house prices level off, as the report expects, landlords can expect to make more from income than capital gains over the next twelve months.
