One Property to launch property portal

The idea is that agents who use the company's services - HIP providers, conveyancing, financial etc - will get a free listing. They say here that profits generated by the portal will be reinvested in promotion for the site. "Profits generated by the portal"? Does that mean ads? Google ads? It'll be here shortly.
