A great story... here. Italy's finance police, the Guardia di Finanza, have apparently used Google Earth to nab a tax-evading businessman who under-reported the value of a villa he sold to avoid tax. Using Google Earth satellite images, and armed with details of an unusual penis-shaped swimming pool, they tracked down the property and compared its value to those of nearby properties, thus uncovering the fraud. The link, above, features a photo of a swimming pool, but they're not (and we're not) convinced they've found the right one.
