Why am I not suprised? How long til we can vote out these nincompoops?

I was never sure whether the scheme was going to work but the time it took to get the scheme under way it was far to late for some people. For others it is a mind field to make it work for them, I recently watched the program on tv about a single mum who could not utilise the scheme.
