Market report - 91% achieving asking price

Hard to believe? Well that's the figure according to Hometrack. Asking prices are down 8.7% annually, after slowing for three consecutive months, with agreed sales rising, new stock falling.

Hard to believe but certainly true in our case.. we sold our two bed proeprty with a Space Maximiser Report from betternest.co.uk and achieved £5,000 over the asking price! Have that!
