The return of the Northern Rock mortgage

The Rock owes only £9bn, so - obviously - it's time to start lending. Alistair Darling is said to have given the go-ahead to £14bn of home loans over the next two years.

Northen Rock mortgages are great for buy to let, I use these for my new property investment purchased mid 2008 and i used flexible mortgage my rate has come down to 2.39%, i hear you say wow, for Feb 2009
