A very informative article on why buyers may not like a particular house. Unfortunately, the way the economy is going at the moment it is a global problem and there are fewer buyers of large "classic" homes now than there were a few years back. People now days are seeming to opt for smaller and maybe more compact homes which suit their pocket, and budget accordingly.

The property market may of course improve, and in South Africa many people who can afford it are now investing in smaller homes and a second or rental income
