It's enough to make you toss the keys to your Cayenne to the nearest vagrant, loosen your giant tie-knot and head for the cheapest bar. Anyway, winners included HSBC for Deal of the Year (sale of Canary Wharf) and Francis Salway of Land Securities (Property Personality of the Year... an award which I'm still holding out for, by the way).
