RICS gloom levels reached record levels in February, equalled only by the great sigh of June 1990. There's more unsold stock in estate agents' windows than there's been for a decade. 64.1% more surveyors reported a fall than a rise in February, up from 54.7% in January, and the greatest percentage since June 1990, when the figure reached 64.5%.
