Not many surprises, there. A mixture of old favourites, where limited stock and high-intensity foreign interest tends to keep prices up, and well-telegraphed regeneration areas. The Rat and Mouse was a little surprised not to see more from the south-east, where the Dulwich spread continues but it's still possible to find family-sized homes for (a little) less than zillionaire prices.
