Remember Malcolm Green - the fanciful Hampstead estate agent in trouble for conning a schizophrenic old man out of more than half a million pounds? Last Friday, he and a colleague were found guilty on a number of charges. They're both going to spend Christmas and New Year behind bars, before returning for sentencing. But solicitors representing Green and his partner Shevket intend to introduce psychiatric evidence to prove that both estate agents are depressives and would be high suicide risks in prison.
