Big bag of unorthodox vendor advice explodes on 4homes forum, nobody hurt thank God

  • Give your estate agent presents.
  • Offer prizes to the first estate agent to sell it.
  • Get your house to win the "popular" best patio competition.
  • Have keyrings made with photos of your house and the address. Remember not to attach your house keys to one.

Depressing isn't it? Even the gramatically-challenged can make money in this market because (quote)

"people will always want to buy property. "

Even if they can't distinguish between the possessive 'their', positional 'there' or even suffer fron flying apostrophes ("keyring's", "price your's right" ) they have houses large enough to stage "events" (Airshows? Open-air rock concerts?) Sad!
