Market report - Prime Central London, not as prime as it was in 2006

Savills have their PCL report for the first quarter of 2007, and it reveals growth down from 8.8% to 5.7%. Interestingly, it was outperformed by south west London - the Barnes, Fulham, Putney, Richmond and Wandsworth nabes putting in a creditable 8.1% quarterly growth, leaving the annual growth figure at a rather astonishing 31%, June-to-June.
