House prices have damp June says Halifax [CityWire]
Housing market still booming [Daily Mail]

The headline figures are... a 0.4% rise within the month (the second consecutive month showing inflation of less than a half percent), the quarterly figure was down from 3% to 2% (4.9% in London), leaving national annual house price inflation at a 10.7%.
