Its latest survey of its members shows the market rising in March, for the 17th consecutive month. New enquiries continue to fall, but at a slower pace than last month. I never really know how to rate the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors figures... since they're effectively really a test of estate agents' opinions, and while it seems fair to say the market is still rising, I have a feeling that when it stops, the agents will be the last to admit it.
