The Shelter report - full text available via Guardian

Today's headlines have been grabbed by a new Shelter report revealing 1.6 million British young people are living in cramped or inadequate housing. According to the DCLG, the (English) figure is 20,000. According to the Association of London Government, the figure in the Capital alone is 200,000. Hm.
