well, it's not really for free. we checked out the SMS service this afternoon, using a Motorola V3 and got a txt back with a url, which we typed into our browser and got a garbage response. then we checked their website property search and it was pretty quick, returning over 300 comparables for my home address; but ... for each comparable checked, we had to pay a quid.
