The Independent reports on a potential £77 million bonus due to fall to Savills estate agents. Following an old but indisputable piece of advice attributed to William Burroughs ("avoid fuck-ups"), Savills have profited from attaching themselves to commercial property and the very top end of the residential market, where prices have continued to rise.
