Cost of living ratings - new results

We're still the most expensive city in Europe, according to Mercer Human Resource Consulting (whose job it is to tell us stuff like this), but we've slipped down to third in the world, after Tokyo and Osaka. Moscow and Seoul followed in fourth and fifth. New York? With the dollar low against the pound, it was way down in 13th place, although it remained the most expensive city to call home in the US.
