After last month's debacle, you'd think Channel 4 might leave the agents alone for a while. But no. Today, they release the results of a survey of 40,000 people (a lot, by most standards) which show... 37% believe estate agents are lazy good-for-nothings who don't make enough of an effort if they haven't shifted a property in the first few weeks.
